No Refunds: Given that our courses are delivered virtually and provide immediate access to materials and resources, we cannot offer refunds once payment has been processed. All course fees are non-refundable. Once payment is processed, we cannot issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to, dissatisfaction with the course, personal circumstances, or technical issues. (We prefer to be relational over transactional and so we always consider if there are extenuating circumstances.)
Payment Plan Agreement: By enrolling in a payment plan, you agree to adhere to the agreed-upon schedule of payments.
Failure to Make Payments: If a payment is declined on the due date, a second attempt will automatically be made via Stripe. If that payment is declined you have 5 days to make the overdue payment. Failure to pay within this period may result in access restrictions or suspension of your course access.
Access Suspension: If you do not make a payment within two weeks of the missed due date, your access to the course materials will be suspended. You will be unable to continue with the course until all overdue payments are made.
Termination of Agreement: If payments are not made and access is terminated, you will still be responsible for the total amount of the course fee, regardless of course completion or access.
Course Changes: Please note that although we always try our best to adhere to the curriculum, we reserve the right to make changes to course content, teachers, or schedule, but the course will never stray from the quality or core teachings. On the matriarchal path and pace we leave loving space for flexibility, adaptation and always puts Children, Earth & Life first.
